Ex- Doctor Faces Assault Allegations Against Thirty-Eight Patients
Legal authorities report that a former doctor now faces charges for carrying out sexual assaults involving 38 individuals who were patients.
The Serious Charges
The accused, Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham faces allegations of dozens of sexual offences – comprising some against children younger than 13 – spanning the period from 2017 to 2021.
A deputy chief CPS official said, “Our prosecutors have diligently worked to assist a detailed and complex investigation, carefully reviewing the available evidence to establish that there is a strong case to proceed to trial and that it is in the interest of justice.”

These allegations follow what investigators called a “detailed inquiry” into reported assaults at medical facilities: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and a facility in Dudley.
The defendant is scheduled to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January.
